John Stevens

John W. Stevens is Executive Vice President and a director of ARVA Limited (a private equity investment company owned by him and the members of his immediate family). He is also a director of most of the companies in which ARVA has a significant investment. Mr. Stevens is an Ontario qualified lawyer and prior to joining ARVA on a full time basis in June 2000, was a partner in the Canadian law firm of Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt. From 1994 to 2000 he was Managing Partner of the firm's New York office. Mr. Stevens is also a chartered accountant.
